Thicc Chocolate Pud’

Thicc Chocolate Pud’ (pudding) made with Recovering Bro Garden Gainz and Big Plant Energy Espresso Flavor

We’re gonna keep this simple and quick for you and not make you scroll through 2000 pop-ups and 12 paragraphs of copy about some winter in the alps spent in a cottage with a gardener and a dream or some such junk.

Just know that because of the chocolatey Garden Gainz this dessert will be full of slow-gastric-emptying protein, which keeps you full and satiated longer. Many other protein powders don’t have that, so be hyped you got Garden Gainz.

But the healthy don’t stop there…because you’re using the chocolatey-espresso-y Big Plant Energy, this pud’ has an uber load of phytonutrients and antioxidants from whole fruits and veggies. And as long as you use almond milk, it is completely vegan –for those of you who don’t do cow.

Without further ado, here’s what you came here for:

Thicc Chocolate Pud’ Recipe

Thicc Chocolate Pud' Pack Ingredients
  • 2 scoops Garden Gainz Protein From Plants
  • 2 scoops Big Plant Energy (Espresso Flavor…you can use the Strawberry-Kiwi flavor if you’re a freak)
  • 2 oz- 4 oz Almond Milk (Or water. Heck, use any kind of liquid you’re willing to swallow, but make it healthy)
  • Handful of raspberries!

Here are some directions on how to throw all of this together. It’s pretty simple so you don’t have to worry about making a mess or setting anything on fire. You’re welcome for that btw, we made a lot of messy fires trying to perfect this thing.

First, mix the Garden Gainz and the Big Plant Energy with 2 oz to 4 oz of almond milk. You can add more or less depending on how thicc you like your pud’.

Speaking of thiccness, you can use water for this instead if you want to… but it will make your pud’ a tad bit runnier. Add your fav liquid to taste, as they say.

Oh, and toss in a handful of raspberries if you want to kick it up a notch.

That’s it. That’s the whole pud’.
